Pat Leier, educational management and programming consultant, IBI Group
Patrick Leier served for twelve years as Superintendent of Schools for the Pomona Unified School District and for five years as Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, having worked his way up to those positions as a teacher, counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal. Throughout his career he has distinguished himself as one of California's most creative and innovative educational leaders, particularly in the areas of education regulations, the California state funding system and school development as catalyst for urban revival. IBI/Blurock retains Mr. Leier as a Senior Advisor to the firm and is proud to offer his highly relevant expertise to our education sector clients
Mr. Leier initiated and managed a 15 year Master Plan that identified $400 million in land acquisition, new construction and modernization requirements for the Pomona USD and resulted in the construction of highly acclaimed, innovative new schools
