Sergio Martinez, RA, DLR Group
Sergio has over 30 years of planning, architecture and construction experience, giving him a broad
and diverse background. He has worked with a vast array of clients, from small private business to
large complex corporations, government agencies, and educational entities and has handled all
phases of development of architecture, planning, engineering and management. His oversight of
the entire project team from initial programming through construction documents and construction
administration has allowed him to experience the importance of making smart operational
decisions early in design to maximize the life of a building.
